Capital Family Investment LLC (Air Capital Family) operates an A2P 10DLC registered SMS messaging program in full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and applicable carrier regulations.
We operate two distinct SMS programs. Opt-in is collected via web forms or chat widget with dedicated, separate checkboxes for each program. Checkboxes are never pre-selected. You must take affirmative action to consent. Submitting a form is never conditional on SMS consent.

Our SMS program works with all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
